Account

If you have lost your password you can recover it with the help of your email. You do this by navigating to the recovery page, entering the email address you registered with and clicking the "Request Reset" button. Once you are done with the previously mentioned steps you will receive and email titled "TheAltening password reset" which contains a button called "Reset password", by clicking it you will be redirected to the password reset page, where you will be able to enter your new password.If you do not have access to your email you will have to contact the staff with the following information of your most recent payment: payment method and transaction id. You can contact our staff on discord, which you can join through the panel.

Payments

Generally, you'll recieve the benefits of your subscription and will be able to access the features instantly, but in some cases it can take up to 15 minutes before it activates. If it takes longer than 15 minutes feel free to contact our support team via discord or via email - Admin@TheAltening.com and we'll take a look!

TheAltening

Just run the Authenticator and click the dropdown. After that you'll be able to select "Mojang" and it will switch you to mojang's authentication servers.

On TheAltening's website, navigate to the generator page. If you generate a few alts you will notice there is several icons including a lock and a heart, if you click on an account's Heart it will favorite the account, and if you click the lock it will make that alt private for you. You can private up to 5 alts.

You can use our accounts very easily once you have downloaded the Authenticator. This program is necessary to load accounts from TheAltening. Once you have downloaded the authenticator, open it and select "TheAltening" then Navigate to "Generator" on TheAltening's website and click generate. You will recieve a token above the generator button; copy this token and paste it into your minecraft launcher, no password is needed and then you can login with it.

Yes it is! So many people are falsely claiming that our service is "illegal" or against some type of EULA, which is simply not true. We never give out any private information, our system just gives out "access-tokens" which then can be used by our users. Our tokens are not related to mojang in any way and sensitive information is censored. Don't belive what people falsely claim to make TheAltening look bad.

Just run the Authenticator and switch to "Mojang". After that you can delete the authenticator from your computer.
Since the authenticator is only a runnable program and is never permanently installed on your computer, no uninstallation is needed.

Yes! Developers can view our API and create programs using the instructions under the api page.

It can usually take 5-10 minutes after the transaction processes, however bitcoin payments may take an extended period. If you paid with Paypal and have not recieved your plan after an hour or so, please contact us on discord.

MineBot

1. Select The Altening option under the Account path (Next to Linear, Random)
2. Get your API Key from the account page.
3. Enter it in the appropriate field and hit enter.
4. Close the altening window.
5. Click Start on the bot

After you link your bot to TheAltening, simply change the join mode to TheAltening, it is under account path and next to linear/random modes.

Using the "Pick Type" option you can select what kind, and what method accounts are used in TheAltening. You can select private/favorite under the pick type option and it will only use those accounts.

You can "favorite" and "Private" accounts from TheAltening directly from OQMineBot by first connecting the alt, and then in the "Accounts" tab of OQMineBot you right click on the alt and click the desired menu option.

Account Shop

To gain full access to the account, you must migrate it to your email. You may do so here https://account.mojang.com/migrate. UFA accounts come in username, email, password format. Enter the details in the first half of the form and then enter your email in the second half of the form. Once you have migrated the account, check your email for a confirmation link from Mojang and then click it. From there you can reset your password.
